기독교 교육 석사 과정은 학생들이 다양한 문화권 및 다문화 환경에서 교육 사역을 수행할 수 있도록 준비시킵니다. 이 과정은 학생들이 영적으로 성숙하고 미래의 지도자를 양성하기 위한 효과적인 교육 능력을 갖추도록 합니다. 본 프로그램은 학생들이 성경적으로 건전한 기독교 교육 원칙을 바탕으로 다양한 문화권 환경에서 기독교 교육 프로그램을 가르치고, 감독하고, 개발하고, 실행할 수 있도록 준비시키는 데 중점을 둡니다. 본 프로그램의 목표는 다음과 같습니다.
- 견고한 성경적 원칙과 경험에 기반하여 기독교 교육 사역을 개발하고 명확하게 설명할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 교회를 이끌고, 가르치고, 역량을 강화하며, 기독교 기관을 이끌 수 있어야 합니다.
- 개인과 조직의 고유한 요구 사항을 개발하고 충족할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 교회 및 선교 현장에서 종교 교육 프로그램을 수립할 수 있어야 합니다.
Master in Christian Education:
Master in Christian Education prepares students to provide educational ministries in cross-cultural and multi-cultural environments. It prepares students to be spiritually mature and their ability to teach effectively for raising future leaders. This programs is equipped to prepare students with Biblically sound Christian educational principles with the ability to teach, supervise, develop and implement Christian educational programs in a variety of cross-cultural settings. The Objectives of this program:
- Be able to develop and articulate Christian education ministry based on solid Biblical principles and experiences.
- Be able to lead, teach, equip churches and lead Christian institutions.
- Be able to develop and equip the unique needs of individuals and organizations.
- Be able to establish religious education programs in the church and missional setting.
